Refund Policy

LaDolce Enterprises, LLC, doing business as LaDolce Jewelry, will exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned to us and received within 15 days from the date of purchase.


Please email us at: for a return authorization and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. After 15 days, all sales are final.


PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale Merchandise is Final Sale, NOR RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. requests that merchandise be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with your reason for return.


Please do not mark an item “Return to Sender” as it will go to a shipping warehouse and the return cannot be processed. We must receive the item to process a refund or exchange.


Personalized items such as, but not limited to, name engravings cannot be returned unless received incorrectly or damaged. They require prior authorization for the return.


Items returned without a return authorization, past 15 days, or not in original condition cannot be honored.


Once an order is in the system, the fulfillment process is automated. Cancellation or modification of the order is very difficult. While we will do our best to assist you, once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, it becomes the customer's responsibility to return the package, if it complies with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
