Q. I am ordering a personalized piece of jewelry. What can I specify?
A. At La Dolce personalized jewelry gives you the option to select the type of metal (gold plated, 14K white or yellow 14K gold, .925 silver), type of chain (box, rope), length (16”, 18”) and, in some instances, the weight for your personalized piece. For example, if you were buying a necklace for your daughter, Kaitlyn, you will type her name in the appropriate box and then select your options from the drop-down menu: metal (yellow gold, white gold or silver), the weight you prefer, if medium or heavy; the length (e.g., 16”, 18”) and type of chain (e.g., box, rope).
Q. I received my order, but it should have been white gold and I received yellow gold. What should I do?
A. If an incorrect order is received, La Dolce will work to remedy the order quickly and ship the correct item to you promptly. As an important reminder, all orders are fully refundable within 15 days of receipt but must be returned with an authorization form. Customized orders are not refundable. Please note that shipping costs for the return are not refundable.
Q. How do I ensure that my orders are received on time?
A: While most orders are delivered within one week, we advise our customers to place their orders at least 2 weeks in advance especially for personalized and holiday orders. We can process and fulfill holiday orders up to one week in advance, however this makes any exchanges difficult.
Q. I ordered my jewelry 3 weeks ago, but it still has not come. Can I get a refund as the event has passed and I had to buy a different gift for it?
A: If your order has not been delayed and it is NOT a personalized item, we will gladly cancel your order and process a refund to your form of payment. Personalized items are not refundable unless they are not as ordered. As such, we advise you of an order cut-off date to ensure your items are received on time.

Q. I found something I really like but I need it tomorrow. Can you process my shipment overnight?
A. If the piece of jewelry you want to order is in stock and your address is in the continental United States, we can ship overnight via FedEx or other overnight carriers. There may be exceptions to this but we would advise you when an item cannot be shipped overnight. One definite exception is personalized items because they are customized and require additional time for manufacturing. Please note that overnight shipments will not be sent to Post Office Boxes and will have an additional charge – typically $24.95.
